  • 91 days return of like new items, buyer pays return shipping

  • Warranty for defect is equal to OEM recommended replacement time (usually 1 year) plus 15 days

  • We will pay return shipping for defective items only

  • Contact us prior to starting any return procedure. A return authorization number is required

  • Refunds when determined legitimate will start within 2 days of return. If credit card is used the credit card processing usually takes 5-10 business days.
