Warranty & Returns

  • 91 days return of like new items, buyer pays return shipping

  • Warranty time for defect is equal to OEM recommended replacement time (usually 1 year) plus 15 days

  • Free returns, or replacement for defective items

 

 Returns

  • We will pay return shipping for defective items only

  • We may exchange if both parties agree

  • Contact us prior to starting any return procedure. A return authorization number is required

  • Refunds when determined legitimate will start within 2 days of return. If credit card is used the credit card processing usually takes 5-10 business days.

  • No restocking fees

  • Refund  if paid by credit card can take up to 10 days from receipt of returned items. Credit card company  processing delay

  • Policy period is based  on delivery date
